Sarah Jacob

Sarah comes to Steyer as a Senior Project Manager and Instructional Designer, passionate about the details and content that unite people, processes, and tools. She uses her PM and ID skillsets to oversee Steyer’s OMS team for Microsoft’s FastTrack organization which produces highly visible videos, eLearning, presentations, and localized customer-facing content in 11 languages. Together, the team produces between 80-100 items per quarter, each with a meticulous focus on accessibility, relatability, and brand and design alignment. With the industry shift toward AI, her team is leveraging the new technology to help create even more amazing content. Building relationships and trust are essential parts of her leadership mindset and team-building process, which always includes Steyer and clients. When she’s not at Steyer, you’ll find her in the barn with her horses aiming to achieve another national title, spending time with family building furniture, or cooking a unique, new dish in the kitchen! For fun and personal development, she’s also pursuing a Master’s in Psychology.
