Lisa comes to Steyer with a diverse background in continuous improvement. In several of her past positions, she was instrumental in optimizing the end-user experience through operational changes.

Lisa studied business administration in college and realized that thoughtful structures and sustainable workflows are crucial components of business longevity. She is an analytical thinker who is constantly looking for process improvements. She thrives on creating business infrastructure that supports and delights her colleagues, our clients, and our consultants.

Outside of Steyer, Lisa spends her time dreaming up, planning for, or participating in epic adventures as she loves to travel, try new foods, and visit museums.
