A veteran journalist with a knack for finding compelling story angles, Crystal Castle is now a content project manager with a passion for storytelling. She has a proven track record of improving client relationships and stakeholder satisfaction. A process nerd, Crystal is always focused on efficiency and streamlining workflows to reduce go to market time. As an owner of the proposal to publishing pipeline, Crystal focuses on making content that is customer obsessed and a pleasure to consume.

In her free time, Crystal tells stories in other ways. She is on the board of her local community theater and can frequently be found in productions both on and off stage. She also collaboratively tells stories with friends and family through tabletop roleplaying games that help sharpen her improvisational skills (both personally and professionally). When not running, baking, or boarding a Disney cruise, you can find her driving her daughter to the book store or laughing at her husband’s attempts at dad jokes.
