If you refer a candidate whom we place on a client project….
Or if you bring a client project to Steyer….
Or if you introduce us to a prospective client with whom we end up doing business…
…we’ll give you $500!
There’s a tiny bit of fine print (see below) but otherwise, that’s it!
FINE PRINT: Only one reward per referrer per contract. Rewards for very short contracts are pro-rated. Due to conflict-of-interest rules in place at many firms, we cannot pay referral bonuses to current FTEs (full-time employees) at our client companies.
