We provided: Six-week-long deep content systems audit, culminating in digitization roadmap tailored to client’s budget and requirements

Audit revealed 4,200 page static doc set housed in PDF, produced in different apps by different teams through different pipelines
Steyer content strategist formally surveyed internal, external stakeholders, capturing pain points, constraints, and preferences for centralized publication platform and processes
Final recommendations provided path to streamlined, multi-channel, unified content management and web publication, within client-provided constraints, including expected total cost and SWOT analysis of digitization effort
