- Client asked for our expertise to identify, implement tools for publishing, updating, and managing company-wide docs over time

- Delivered plan for right-fit content management solution that would satisfy requirements using four interoperable, already-familiar tools
- Recommended three-phase, multi-market implementation strategy inclusive of content indexing, automation, technical implementation, and user training
